Delivering a gift to a hotel is really not that much different than a regular gift basket delivery, except that most of the time, the gift needs to be left at the front reception desk or with the concierge.
To make sure your intended recipient receives your gift basket, it is important for you to inform us of their room number if possible. This will alleviate any potential mistakes with sending the gift to the wrong room, or to another recipient with the same or similar name.
We do have many requests to add wine or beer to our gift baskets... which is not a problem EXCEPT for at hotels. Many hotels do have a strict policy about accepting gifts including liquor.
